The audio clip I used for Rachel is what inspired this in the first place, that quote is so sad and beautifully written.

I wish I could’ve included stuff about how she was fat shamed because that was the majority of her angst but I couldn’t find any good clips for it.

Phoebe definitely had it the roughest of the group, she practically grew up homeless!

Ross has the least angst of the group, there are a few times where he gets depressed over his failed marriages but not much else.

Chandler had it rough because of his parent’s divorce but finding clips for it was kinda hard cause he always makes jokes about it.

I love me some Joey angst. Controversial but I like the Joechel arc specifically as a one sided thing cause it gives a lot of good Joey angst. Also most of the clips I used for Joey were from his spinoff show which I haven’t actually seen.
