What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like? My morning ritual goes as follows. Make coffee, drink a half liter of water, at which point I open my email, from which I read posts from bloggers who I follow. I enjoy my coffee, reading, prayer and meditation. This process takes about an hour and a half.
