What can I say🙄, most day's are better than others. Today I had a minor slip up because of lack of a system to stick to when I'm in need of celebrating a milestone. 17 pounds down in 2 weeks👏👏 with keto and going from 417 to 399 is my milestone today. I wish I could have celebrated it in a way that was not so familiar to me, but what's done is done...
