It feels like my whole outlook on life has come crashing down

I just can’t accept this is real life

I don’t feel like I have the means to cope with everything cancer brings I’m already having such a hard time with what I’m dealing physically now

I’ve completely changed my life over several times without much pause I don’t know why things froze over

If I can just get myself healthy i could act on my life far more I spend so much time trying to distract myself from what I can’t do or handle
