Here is a quick snapshot of the Real Estate Market in Miami- Dade County from 1st Quarter of 2020 to the 1st Quarter of 2022.
Overall, you will notice that the shortage of available inventory for sale is at all times lows and this has brought property values up consistently in the past two years. In addition, we are noticing that the mortgage rate spikes have not made much difference or affected the property values as of yet as demand for housing in Miami Dade is still very strong. Last but not least, rental values are at all time high and increasing every year.
