My workout routine has taken a massive hit in the last couple of weeks. The main reason being work related stress. I'm dealing with some heavy HR related things which include sending staff home... permanently. And lawyers and lease agreements. It's been nuts. And will be for some time.
So most days I'm in that seat, just typing emails that may one day end up as evidence in a court matter (or 3). But I'm getting the hang of it. And will be back out there when my mind clears. For many, exercise clears the mind. For me, my mind has to be clear to exercise. Go figure.
Oh and the birthday was last weekend. Hence the balloons in the background. 43. Yay.
