"Damon and Stefan ?" He raised an eyebrow again. "Yeah, I know the feeling." He shook his head and sighed. "Maybe you should just wait for the right time. I mean not just blurt it out, you know ?" He watched her, absorbing all the news for the first time. Their mother had an affair ? He nodded again as she compelled him, as playing along seemed to benefit him. "Are you sure ?"

I don't know. I haven't seen him in a while. At least a few weeks.

"Brothers ? You have brothers ?" He raised an eyebrow and watched her. Was she trying to compel him ? Yep, he thought. So obviously she didn't know, which was a silver lining he supposed but what to about the compulsion ? Did he play along ? Or did he tell her ? He opted for the first option and simply nodded as he watched her.
