Day 8: Your workout routine.
Im always doing this outside of school. Its supposed to burn up to 195kcal and realtones my inner thighs! When I fast only my stomach gets flatter so that way its nicely proportioned
-25 Jumping Jacks -40 Squats -40 Lunges (mostly i do them per leg to ensure the 195KCal) -60s Wall ist -50 toe Touchs -30 leg Lifts per leg 25 Jumping Jacks It only takes me about 10 minutes, Depends on how trained I am. try it!:)
