This year's PIANOWRIMO album is complete! 30 short(ish) piano pieces in a mix of styles and moods as usual, but a lot with emotional or storytelling notes for sure. Writing a piece every day in November is always interesting like... there's so little time especially on some days that I can't really overthink and to some extent have to go with the first ideas I have. At the same time I'll think about things I want to write as I go about the day and sometimes have it really planned before I sit down at the piano, and over the whole month it's kind of like a slow flow state or something. So it's very personal, heh, if that's a recommendation.
also because it's so many pieces in a month, I kind of forget what happened at the start of it by the end, so then I get to rediscover the pieces I wrote. I did that and I think they're pretty neat, and that my recommendation :)
