Yesterday
So, like mentioned before I'm doing the super shred diet and this was todays meal plan. I feel like I'm eating a ton of food, but its all healthy. The results of this diet are amazing. Message me if you want a fitness buddy or if you want to know more about this diet.
Meal 1: 8:30
½ cup of melon and 2 egg whites. 1 slice of wheat toast.
Snack (10:00)
frozen banana slices
Snack (11:30)
1 cup of strawberries
meal 2 (12:30)
under 200 calorie smoothie
Meal 3 (4:00)
4 cups lettuce 2 tablespoons of nonfat dressing
Meal 4 (7:30)
2 servings veggies, i chose lettuce 5 oz of chicken
Drinks
1 cup of green tea (mandatory)
unlimited water
coffee
Exercise:
40 minutes cardio (20 on treadmill and 20 on bike)
then i lifted for about 20 minutes
