2 hearts/hearts w triangle/share your heart --this piece is for sale in lots of sizes! email me at [email protected] with a price, inquiry, and address and i can send it to you. would love to share my heart(s) with you! i started this project while i was processing my pull to monogamy, and i think it’s the longest i’ve ever worked on a piece...which is funny because it ended up so simple. finally finishing and putting this piece out there reminds me of one lovely value of art, which is that the act of making art grounds time by tying it to image or memory. i remember getting stuck on this piece during my first phase of living in portland, and eventually learning that it was ok to walk away from this piece and, similarly, walk away from some personal issues i was having too. i gave myself space to disengage and i was better for it. space brought me the new perspectives i needed to move forward and close out the unfinished business in my life...so it’s nice to see this piece finally go <3 #queerart #processing #pinktriangle #stippling #pen #drawing #art
