So, this is my first tattoo and I have a story to tell you about it.
Ten years ago, when I first met Taylor, I did what everyone in Brazil did back then, I search for her community at orkut, the most famous social network here at that time. I made some friends that have stand by me through all these years… Some of them I met in person in 2016, but most of them I had never seen in real life, until this year.
I got married on March 9, and Taylor was a huge part of all of the things:
- I left the Church with Long Live playing;
- I made a video to play at the party telling how me and my husband started our history and on that video, we had Crazier (our engagement song), Mary’s Song and Enchanted;
- We arrived at the party with Starlight playing;
- Our first dance was You’re In Love and the choreography had parts similar with the Love Story music video dance, Delicate music video and You Belong With Me music video (I’m waiting for the official video to show everyone);
- We danced a lot of Taylor’s songs during the party;
I married the man of my life, I’m sure of it, but one other thing has got me really emotional…
- 13 friends of mine that I met because of Taylor travelled for hours, a lot and lot of miles to be there, at my wedding… Some of them I was seeing in person for the first time there!
Taylor gave me a lot of things, but the most special are these friends.
At the end of my party, while the DJ was playing New Year’s Day we started singing together and hugging… After that, Long Live started and we cried and sang and had the time of our lives together. I have a video of it, in case someone wants to see it, but I decided to mark these lyrics because it was magical, it was awesome, it was perfect, because of them, because of us, because of Taylor.
