Heated Rivalry hate has pissed me off since the beginning because the few and far between good critiques of the show are drowned our by the contrarian "proud hater" crowd and it's so much more grating than the show itself. I personally wanted (and still want) to see the show and form my own opinions on it, but nowadays it seems like the second something new comes out there are thousands of people on every platform absolutely frothing at the mouth to call it trash and I think it's just repackaged ragebait to break up fandoms and kill every new thing that people enjoy
