Importance of information in democratic country of literate individuals

Information is important for literate individual in a democratic country, because it is where we can update with everything around us. Individual can find out about many things in life through the information they have in many media soirces or social media. They can use the newspaper or reminder on facebook , so we can inform in many types of ways. This is the ability to use information effectively to find and manage information and apply that information age , they can have critical thinking and problem. We can solve skills expected to be an adaptable change with so much contribute in the democratic life. This require’s individuals to “ recognize when information is needed and have the ability to locate,evaluate, and use it effectively the needed information.”, for a democratic country we use to know something by information. This importance can have the advantage to start something and know something that you never known in our life.

We can say that it is Important , because people usually needed it to get or have the information and be warned about something they don’t even know about a subject or situation, so we must have information literate for individuals to protect themselves and other people in a democratic country about the positive and negative part of ourselves in the society.
