how do you add that yellow text to gifs?

I use Photoshop CC for that (you can use CS3, CS4, etc). if you're using photoshop, here's a simple tutorial that is good for all photoshop versions http://youtu.be/ehuomkl9dhs just make sure the text layer is the top layer (above all of the gif pic layers). you can also add a stroke to the text (1pt/2pt black) so it's easier to see the text on a gif. hope that helps :)
