Jill: Hey you. How are you holding up?
Charlie: I'm doing alright actually now that everything is starting to settle down.
Charlie: How have you been? Haven't heard from you in a bit.
Jill: That's good to hear.
Jill: I've been okay, just creeped out. I haven't been doing much. Just trying to go to class and hanging with Kirby.
Jill: It's just weird when there's a horror movie going on on campus.

Jill: Hey you. How are you holding up?

Jill tilted her head and scrunched her mouth and nose. “You know, it really doesn’t make it better,” she laughed out. She really didn’t mind all the talk though. She was just happy for her friends. As a spectator, the chase was exhausting, so she could only imagine how things were feeling for them. Jill hummed happily and decided to close her books and notebook. Who were they trying to kid? No work was actually going to get done. “Awww,” Jill cooed at Kirby’s confession and took in the smile her friend was displaying. Despite a lot of the fucked up stuff happening on campus, it was nice to know that some good things were still happening.
Jill looked at Robbie as Kirby was talking. She had seriously booped his nose and it didn’t take long for the embarrassment to subside once Robbie had returned the gesture, as he tugged gently at her nose, she could feel a blush creeping up and she hoped it was not too visible. Once Kirby spoke however she knew all hope was gone for her blush to go by unnoticed. She glanced at Robbie and saw his red face so she relaxed a bit and turned to Kirby to roll her eyes. They quickly changed the subject back to what they were previously talking about. She heard Robbie say her name and she promptly answered, “Right? That’s what I was saying.” She gave Kirby half a smirk. “I’ve just been thinking about the weird stuff that’s been happening on campus, it’s scary, you know?”

kirby: the pillows here are so stiff, and its hard to go to sleep without that one thanks lady

“And then fast forward to four years later and we finally kissed,” Kirby and Jill were out on the quad today and were supposed to catch up on homework but Kirby was more concerned on telling Jill the story on how she and Charlie finally got together and then getting some sun rays before her summer tan faded and she had to keep her sun kissed look up to date at a tanning bed. Kirby sat crossed legged, her text book between her legs, the breeze flapping her pages back and forth, “I swear to god I went to heaven and back, he was such a good kisser too, I was just so head over heels you know. I never felt so titillated before.” Kirby fawned over, her cheeks soft and rosy the more she gushed throughout her story. Kirby was over the moon, usually she wanted to come off much cooler than she was usually feeling, but after four years of a game where everyone was gonna lose, she was pretty much done over all that. She threw out the board game and then sparked up a match and watched the past burn out.
Robbie got a text message from Jill about half an hour ago and he was pretty stoked to hear back from her over the last few days. Robbie scanned his eyes over the text and sent back an eager response that he would love to walk her over to her next class and hang around for a while. Robbie pulled on a flannel button up before he headed out the door. He saw two blondes sitting out on the grass gossiping and he smiled before he turned on his head camera and then walked over happily, and then beamed before her took up a seat next to the gorgeous Jill before he stuck the camera in the other girls face, a pet peeve she had to the moon and back. Kirby covered her hand over her face like she was shielding away the sun, even though she had on shades, “Robbie,” She started before he cut her off, “Robbie Mercer live on Hall Pass here with two of the hottest girls campus has ever seen, Kirby Reed and Jillian Roberts, how the hell are you pretty girls today?” Robbie asked and beamed the camera towards Jill.
Jill listened attentively as she applied a layer of sunscreen. The sun was beaming down on her and her best friend and unlike her hetero life mate, Jill wasn’t big on tans. Her books lay open in front of her, ignored. As much as she loved learning, she missed her best friend. She made a face and laughed as Kirby finished dishing the details on how things went with Charlie.”I’m glad you and Charlie finally acted on your epic tension but hearing that Charlie is a good kisser is just so weird,” she replied. Charlie was always just as much like a brother to her as Kirby was like a sister to her. She was thrilled that Kirby and Charlie’s back and forth seemed to have ended. Hopefully they moved forward from there. “I’m happy for you, Kirbs,” Jill said, looking across from her and smiling, “I think this is a very good thing, I really do.”
All of a sudden, Jill heard Robbie’s booming voice intertwined with Kirby’s annoyed one. She remembered that she had sent Robbie a text earlier. Truthfully, she wanted to spend more time with him after Stab-a-thon. And it was so that she was also kind of creeped by everything that had happened. She looked over at Kirby and shrugged, mouthing ‘sorry’. She smiled at Robbie, showing all of her teeth. “What’s up you?” she asked, reaching to boop Robbie on the nose. She was surprised at herself but went with it anyway. Jill pushed a strand of hair behind her ear, “I’d say we’re pretty okay, aren’t we, Kirby?” “How are you?” she asked genuinely, peering up at him.

Jill: Shit, that's weird. Okay, I'm heading to the theatre. Will keep you posted.
Jill: Yeah, no problem.

Charlie: Hey is Kirby at the dorm? I can't get ahold of her and Jesse is making me anxious about it.
Jill: Hey Charlie. Kirby's not here. You guys are making me kind of anxious now.
Jill: I'll try to call her and check the theatre or something.
Jill: I'll let you know if I find her.
