Women, in the state of nature, are weaker than men. This is an evolutionary trait which is logical, the man that reproduces is not the one that treats women kindly, it is the one that gets the woman pregnant by any means necessary.
Women are not necessarily opposed to this, in the state of nature, as they are not attracted to the man that can best provide to them and instead are attracted to the man which is strong and can therefore make her bear strong children.
The family as a survival tactic is ancient, but the institutionalization of it comes, as most curses and blesses of the modern world, comes from the sedentary agriculture and private property.
Humans were not designed to stay in the same place for too much time, the human brain is designed to deal with small groups while sedentary and agricultural societies grow far too large and drama is naturally going to spark if everyone is fucking each other.
So, what is the solution that arose? One woman and one man, forever, and that's it. So everyone gets a chance and only one chance. Of course not all societies agreed with this, but the most successful ones did.
The issue is that this became no longer profitable.
When the west entered the two world wars, the allied side decided to sacrifice this system that had worked for thousands of years to defeat their opponent. They allowed women to work, and men were sent to die in the war. Women had gotten far too much power from this event, and using this leverage they stole the privilege to vote. They had been trying this for 50 years already, but they weren't really paid attention to.
Interestingly, one of their first actions was to support prohibition.
Regardless, while initially the capitalist class attempted to restore normalcy, with time they realized it was actually beneficial to them to have women in the work place. They now had more consumers and more workers, hence more money. Feminism had been very profitable for those who owned the means of production, as now consumers doubled, workers doubled, since women were more naive they accepted lower wages, and the profits all went to the same people.
Post WW2 and towards the modern era, we have been seeing a rise in feministic ideas and policies as the US' rivalry with the USSR force the US to do things before unthinkable to keep it's population's morale high. Then eventually the USSR fell.
Russia had also adopted some feministic policies, but seeing that they were no longer needed, they gradually began to decrease. The US however did not purge these undesirables, instead they even began becoming harder, and it would not be until 26 years after the cold war that these policies began getting reversed with the Trump presidency.
Now, I am by no means saying that the harm feminism has done will just go away. If anything we are all set for the US to enter another cold war with China that the feminists will celebrate.
However, I do see other branches of wokeism, particularly the transes and the homos, losing everything before 2100. Which is a conservative prediction, never underestimate the left in fucking themselves up, but if they play their cards right and everything goes according to prediction that should happen.
Feminists, however, we will have to deal with them for a long while. As long as something is not directly harming the oligarchy, it will not touch it. The queers showed that they were willing to harm the oligarchy by sliding hard to the left, which led to them getting the treatment they are getting.
Feminists, like women, are far more calculating and manipulative. They won't step on the same trap that the queers did, and they already did trip a lot in the early 2010s culture war when they got power hungry and thought they could actually enforce a matriarchy. Reality showed otherwise, and now they are reminded that they might reign over the average man, but the oligarchy is primarily male.
And they hate that. The question is, will their resentment for men make them stupid enough to attack the oligarchy and face it's wrath? Or will their manipulative nature make them too smart to attempt that and we will have to endure them for longer?
I cannot really answer that. But I'd be watchful.
