And y’alls problem is you consider JORDAN BAKER criticism to be LAYLA KEATING criticism because y’all think if he’s criticized than Layla looks dumb for being with him. Jordan is canonly the dumb one. He does stupid shit all the time. He says terrible things on this season alone all the time. She was always gonna look dumb with him. That ship has sailed. This man is a mistake because all he does is humiliate her and act like a damn baby when he’s not humiliating her. I don’t like him. I don’t like how he throws tantrums. I don’t like how he talks to her when he’s mad. I don’t like how he doesn’t ever actually fucking apologize. I don’t like how he is embarrassing her by tryna make her a second wife in a year and turning her into a joke along with him. I don’t like how she said I love you first. I don’t like how everyone keeps bringing up that she’s on her third man in that beach house. I don’t like how the show jokes about how she’s been with every boy so JJ must be next. Which is why I don’t like how she said I love you first. I don’t like how everyone is calling her a dumbass and a bird for accepting a grief proposal. I don’t like how he brought up his dead dad as his reasoning and didn’t see that that’s cornering. You can’t delude yourselves into making this into some sort of fairytale for her just because you feel bad for her.

Girl, he still is. Every other episode. This man gets so disrespectful to her when he’s in his own feelings but now he’s at a stage where he knows he wants to marry her and he’s STILL doing this? He’s about to propose and he isn’t just over the moon in love. He’s still a damn baby. He’s the same person we’ve been watching? No change? That’s why I hate this. He feels like how he talks to her when she’s not saying what he likes is right. He was literally being like don’t care what she’s saying the whole day. He never respected a word that came out of her mouth. He just got mad at her for it. Aww that’s a husband. No. It’s not. It’s the opposite.

Jordan and Layla became official on Valentines day. Said I love you before Spring Break. That’s within a month. A week later, he’s proposing. Everyone who watches the show knows how crazy they look. They look crazy. It’s the people that don’t that are like they’ve known each other forever, bro they dated FOR A MONTH. He’s copying his last relationship. It’s all so fcking weird. Nothing is cute about this.

I genuinely thought Asher and Jaymee were getting married that’s why I didn’t care to even tune in because who cares but what happened was even worse and made even less sense. Like it’s up there with worst proposals I’ve ever seen. It’s on that list in the future. It was bad for them.

Okay I’m confused? How does anyone enjoy Jordan’s proposal when the whole day Jordan was visibly being hit with grieving his father after deflecting this whole time and being a dick to Layla for just having an opinion on getting married? Between Jordan literally not giving a fuck about what Layla has to say and getting mad at her for it vs  being upset about his dad in every scene he was in and crediting the dead man as his motivation for doing this in the proposal.

Like, no that wasn’t a grief proposal at all.

IT IS A FUCKING STRUGGLE BEING BLACK ON TV

TWO ISLANDERS USING EXCLUSIVE AND NOT BOYFRIEND AND GIRLFRIEND AFTER DAMI AND INDIYAH AND IT’S ALL CUTE AND SWEET BUT THEY GOT JUMPED????

Indiyah and Dami are using ‘exclusive’ as a middle ground between single and relationship because they don’t want to say they are in a relationship just yet and just for the shows purpose because they need to do something first before making it official (Indiyah wants Dami to meet her mom and sister) therefore, exclusive but not yet boyfriend and girlfriend because that label and title is serious to them and they don’t feel they should use it lightly and too soon. He got jumped like it was fucking GARBAGE and it was boyfriend and girlfriend or nothing only for Adam and Davide to follow his and Indiyah’s lead and ask Paige and Ekin to be EXCLUSIVE not boyfriend and girlfriend like everybody said it had to be and it’s been fucking quiet for the use of exclusive. It’s cute that they’re EXCLUSIVE.

I didn’t say they made it up triangle man, I’m saying they said it, explained how they are using it, gave their reasons for using it, got ATTACKED for not saying boyfriend and girlfriend and that exclusive doesn’t mean shit if it ain’t boyfriend and girlfriend just for the same conversation to happen back to back and nobody gave the same reaction, nobody was like if it’s not boyfriend and girlfriend it don’t mean sht.

All the guys are absolute shit people and all the girls are tolerating it. Luca runs that villa on straight evil has been a complete ass to Tasha for WEEKS and everyone saw him being a shit stirrer and Gemma never stepped in for Tasha or anyone once. Whenever Jacques’ behavior was completely ridiculous and uncalled for Paige never stepped in, she also coddles Dami more than anyone in that villa. Davide loves anything that involves making Ekin Su feel bad, whether he’s the one dragging her or Adam dragging Ekin Su to her face and Davide yelled BRAVO! And none of the girls stood up for her, Ekin Su didn’t stand up for herself, she just takes it. But it’s Indiyah who needs to be the only girl on the villa to hold her man accountable because y’all decided she’s the only one who should as a black woman? Nobody else is holding their man or each other accountable. The show literally had to manufacture that scene where Ekin Su and Gemma sat with Indiyah and Danica talking about independent girl power because the producers realized this show has NONE of that. These girls have not once gathered together against any man or their men. They just aren’t those kind of girls. But why is Indiyah the one being targeted for what all the girls are doing? Staying out of their man’s outside of what they do to them? You can’t applaud Indiyah’s ability to stay out of drama and always leave when shit starts for 8 weeks and not see that’s just her personality. You can’t decide for her that she’s gonna suddenly be into getting into fights and drama. She is a calm chill girl who always talks to Dami in a calm way. Just because people feel he doesn’t deserve that approach doesn’t mean Indiyah’s approach is wrong.

Deji trying to flirt with Danica and Danica being completely not interested and white people are like they can work but the black people can see that’s two black people who like white people who don’t want to be doing what they are doing right now. Danica opened herself to Billy right after and completely ignored Deji during snog marry pie. Danica is no on black men. Always has been.

When this season started everyone said it was dry and boring and then it picked up as they started showing who they really are. Little did we know these men turning into absolute MONSTERS and would have turned into one of its best seasons ever. Anger is what’s making this season so hot right now. Everybody is losing with who they got. Nobody got a love story. There’s no love HERE.

The only real feelings on Love Island right now is Indiyah’s for Dami and for that alone she deserves to win- by herself. She is genuine about him, she likes him so much, more than she should. The rest are either playing a game or aren’t even serious but she is very serious about Dami to a fault. She’s fallen more than everybody. She shouldn’t be penalized for that or considered weak for that just because it’s Dami. This is Love Island and her feelings are real, and she should take the money alone for what he’s done with her real feelings.
