I miss my mom

I miss my mom, ppl keep telling me it will hurt less over time but every day just hurts more

I don’t know how to process what’s happened. My beautiful mama passed away a few days ago from complications due to ms. I never thought anything could hurt so badly. Watching her take her last breath was the absolute hardest thing I’ve ever done- probably the hardest thing I will ever do. She was my whole life and at the center of everything I did. Every decision I made was with her in mind, and most big decisions she let me talk them through with her and now she’s just gone. She kept us all grounded, kept us all together. It was all of us against the world. I miss her so badly. How can anything ever matter without her?
