I really adored the scene where they're walking through the forest and thought it would be nice to capture a moment in their conversation as they got to know each other. Doing some analogue work feels very much like touching grass so working traditionally while imagining the nice cooling shadows from the canopy really felt like it went hand in hand in a serene type of way

Micron pen and copic marker on shikishi board! I took some inspiration from doing layout in animation by outlining the shadows and I like how it turned out!
