hi Jedrzej Jonasz [email protected]
My wife is going to be in a new Christmas Special web series for the web company "Zendesk". The hilarious series is all about customer service and follows the Christmas Carol-ish story of Matt Nelson, a "business-friendly" customer service consultant.
You can watch the series and new episodes every few days in December at: http://www.zendesk.com/merry-holidays
Fascinating video about creativity and innovation, I like the part about the benefit of coffee shops.

HTML5 video support a precursor to Apple Tablet?
As some of you techies might already know, both Youtube and now Vimeo have just launched support for HTML5. Meaning that if you have a compatible browser like Safari or Chrome, you can watch videos on these sites without needing a Flash player.
"Who cares? What's the big deal?" You say...
Well, the big deal is that playing video through HTML5 requires a lot less processing power than Flash, so slower processors (as in the iPhone or Netbooks) can run web video smoothly and without using as much delicious battery juice.
Is it a coincidence that these two major video sites are releasing this feature one week before Apple is about to make some big mysterious announcement? I think not.
I'll leave the detail speculation to the rest of the interwebs. For me, I'll just wait patiently to see what happens next week.
