HTML Hunting in the World Around You
This photograph of a shelf in my office seemed to encapsulate 3 different HTML tags to me: <div>, <ul> and <ol>.
The most obvious to me was that because the files created different sections they replicated the <div> tag. Each section has a different meaning and groups together resources that fit a particular area.
The second and third tags that I could see here were <ul> and <ol>, characteristics I only stumbled upon when I paid attention to the contents of the folders. One contains an ordered list of magazines, listed in chronological order, while others contain resources that are not ordered in any particular way.
Choose your weapon
I've opted to stick with Notepad for the basic text editor work. Although other text editors have additional functionality, I like the no frills working environment for learning skills.
HTML by hand
This photo shows my handwritten HTML code for an open badge. My only concern with this task was that my hand writing is not neat enough to be shared online.
