The concert was aired in Chicago only and WTTW never got online streaming rights (I asked), so the videos I have were passed along via someone who got them from a local viewer who captured the broadcast. I tried to improve the sound, but it made the file too big to post. In any case, this is a stunning rendition and Jessie was absolutely gorgeous.

Jessie Mueller as a villain. Jessie Mueller as the antagonist. There was a reason she was 2nd to Chita Rivera as the most number of times voted as the murderer in Edwin Drood. TBH, if it wasn’t for Chita Rivera being on the show, she would’ve probably gotten the most number of times voted as murderer. I know she can nail a villain. I mean, COME ON! This woman is a chameleon! I’m pretty sure she can be the most adorable antagonist ever. So please, someone write a new musical and cast Jessie Mueller as the villain.
