Breath Work for Chronic Pain

Today is a flare day for me. Our weather here in sunny San Diego changed from hot and dry to cold and foggy overnight. Changes in weather and the environment strongly impact my RA (rheumatoid arthritis) symptoms. So while I have to work today, using my breath can help me combat the added stress and frustration of moving through my day with stiffness, pain and fatigue.
