+17 have entered the lion's den
"Your grace," Sansa bowed her head as she dipped into a deep curtsey. Raising from the gesture she kept her eyes fixed firmly on the ground. Hoping deeply to not ignite the temperamental monarch before her. "If now is not a good time, mayhaps, I could come again later at a more befitting time?" When you haven’t got your crossbow and I stand less chance of being shot for your amusement.
Jocelyn watched her curiously. She was such a fun little doll, wasn't she? She cocked her head, aiming her crossbow at the little tiara tucked into her hair. Sansa seemed to tremble; she enjoyed that.
"Now is a fine time as I'm allowing you to stand there. It is an honor I'm sure you will not take advantage of, will you Sweet Sansa...?" She asked the question as though begging her to disagree. "Speak."
+15 have entered the lion's den
The god through back his head and laughed. "You think I am afraid of you, child?" he asked. "I am a god—you cannot kill me child." She was an idiot child, but rather than killing her on the spot—which was something he was more than pron to doing. He decided to toy with her—make her fear him. Then he would most likely kill her. After all—he was a god, he deserved at least some respect. Lightning snapped behind golden hues.
“I advise you not speak to me like that again. εκτός και αν θέλετε να πεθάνει” the god went on. "I care not for the people of this kingdom, and I care not who rules it.” A low chuckle fell from his lips. “And I would love to see you try to take off my head,” he hissed. "Perhaps an immortal can be killed after all?"
Her blood boiled as he threw his head back and laughed. How dare this stranger come into her kingdom and speak to her as if she held no power at all? Would he care to see the heads that sat upon the Keep? Those were the men and women who had crossed her; that was where his head would be soon.
"A god? You are no god I have ever read about, sir. And if you think yourself above the seven, I shall simply enjoy your foolishness," she spat out, her hands clenched into fists at her side. "An immortal? You think yourself immortal? And by what means do you draw this arrogance?"
"Sister?"
Jocelyn held back a groan and turned her attention to little Myrcella. The girl had once been her little doll; she was so much fun to dress up and make dance. Now she was simply broken and boring like the rest of them. Still, somewhere inside Jocelyn held a soft spot for her, more so than anyone else in this place.
"What is it, Cella…?"
Cella nodded and smiled happily, turning to walk with her sister. “Yellow and my complexion, sister? I think it would make me seem even paler than I am. Perhaps I could have one in a deep blue?” She tried softly. “Or emerald green. Like my eyes.” Myrcella valued her sister’s opinion over anyone else. She was usually correct.
One part of Jocelyn wanted to insist upon the yellow dress; it would make the young girl look quite sallow and why should her simple sister look as lovely? Yet another part wanted everyone to look their best in her court and so she nodded slightly.
"Yes, the yellow is no good...Green. Do green. Deep blue would make you look like a corpse; it's drab." As she spoke, she toyed with her sister's hair, winding it up before letting it drop back down. "And what did mother say on the matter? No doubt she gave her opinion..."
"Tell me of your family, Ser Loras. I hear you've brothers at Highgarden. Couldn't be bothered to make the journey...?" She asks this out of the blue as they take a walk around the gardens of the Keep. She wasn't in the mood to go walking, yet her grandfather had all but forced her and if there was one person she respected, it was Tywin.
"Ah, Sansa, there you are. It took my dog long enough to find you..." She stood on the roof of the Keep, looking sickeningly sweet; it was as though she's forgotten that she had had Sansa's father killed and now waged war with her brother.
I want to make starters.
Does anyone want a starter? :D
