Tagged along to state speech hoping someone would drop out of my event lowkey but it was still super duper funnnn!!! I made sooo many new friends that make me excited for next year and I can’t wait for it. But anyways that was my last tournament of this season and I’m starting to come up with some speech’s for next year I can’t wait!
Next on the agenda of speech and debate is speech! Since the debate part is over and was soo fun we now have to move on to district speech to qualify for state speech! This day was fun district was filled with awesome people! I competed in two events this time so it was busy for me. I did communication analysis and resulted in being an alternate qualifier for state in that event I was one place away to go to state :(. But it’s okay I also did panel discussion and I was like one place away from being an alternate qualifier but I’m not to sad on that one as it is not my favorite like ca is but speech is also not my first priority so it’s just fun! I will just be tagging along for state though incase !
It’s been months since my state debate tournament happened and it’s almost summer yay! It was super duper fun I really love my team and appreciate them so much! But they are seniors so this was my first and last year with having them as my personal team but my second year with them as teammates!! They will be extremely missed on my part and I can’t wait for them to chaperone our next tournaments 😜 anyways in result we got 4th place in state for world schools debate! and our school got second in our district. It was such a swagalicious tournament, we were referred as pink team with other schools and it was so silly I love it and I really loved this debate season! Hopefully next year is even better!!

National qualification is this weekend!! And is getting closer by the hour I’m so nervous but excited to compete this weekend! I find out if I’m going to nationals in June for world schools debate this weekend which is scary. I can’t wait though!! This is one of the most nerve racking tournaments I’ve felt applying for but would love the opportunity to go to nationals for debate I’ll update lols but yay!!
New tournament new bathroom to rot in. I only did speech this tournament was super good and fun on the the 6th! Next day was debate I didn’t end up competing I got sick :(. I’m just trying to show what I really do in a tournament but super fun regardless with one of the best persons by my side he’s not in any pics but he genuinely got me to laugh and be happy when I felt down he’s the goat.
4th tournament done! Getting ready for nationals and district these next couple of weeks! Tournament was so good so many fun people to be around can’t wait for the next !!
New weekend new tournament. Went in with nothing but hopes and prayers came out with two trophies 🫡 was such a fun weekend with my friends never have laughed so hard at debate had literal tears coming out of my eyes I’m really feeling myself also new hair forgot about that!

My 2nd away debate tournament of the season was last weekend I’ve been lagging on posting I did world schools this tournament and communication analysis for my speech event won sliver in debate nothing in speech but that’s okay it was my first time doing it anyway
Okay last debate post for today I think I originally do world schools with this wonderful team controversial but amazing debaters they lowkey carried but we won that tournament in first place being 3rd speaker is so easy but hopefully this team comes back to play bc I hate LD
