Winter Wonderland

In light of forthcoming festivities across London, Jodie took to the stage to entertain the crowds at London’s famous “Winter Wonderland” at the heart of one of the cities landmarks, Hyde Park.

German markets, Bratwurst, Mulled Wine and live music in great outdoors, what more could anyone ask for of an evening. Jodie took to the Artic Lodge stage and got the crowd into the festive mood with some Christmas classics as well as playing us some her classic numbers. Some of the brilliant 80′s numbers made an appearance as well and really got the audience into the spirit of things.

Despite the freak five minute weather change, leaving Jodie drenched on the main stage for a while, the evening was a great success. Great response from the crowds and all round success of an evening. It looked like the venue and crowd loved the set and got into the spirit of the season!

Gig at “Smiths”, Spitalfields

21st November was another incredible night for our rising star, as she took to the stage and showed London what she’s made of. Smiths is one the great East London venues that showcases the best of upcoming British talent, from DJ’s to acoustic artists, so it was a awesome opportunity for Jodie to be invited up to perform along with new artists; Electric Tuxedo, The Crooked Kings, Renatta Jane and Foxer. 

Each of them performed some great live music that night with amazing sounds, fantastic energy. Jodie kicked things of in true style, opening the show with an idyllic acoustic set, singing all her classics from her debut single, ‘Dirty Face’, to the  summertime number; ‘Sunset’ to upcoming single ‘Kryptonight’; all assisted by her guitarist. 

The whole evening carried some great vibes and brilliant energy and Jodie, cannot wait to go back with more material in the, hopefully, not so distant future.
