Ha! Now I’m picturing you both calling each other Doctor in your personal lives. I think I would definitely carry that with me, even if it’s after I was on the show. Sounds like something that can stick with you.

I have to say we don't call each other that when we see each other. Maybe if we are somewhere like a convention or something.

I know what you mean. That is like that with many jobs I have had.

I truly cannot get my ahead around that. How are people not seeing what I see? Are they simply not looking? That’s my only explanation.

As I have said, they might have thought it but not actually said it. Its fine by me anyway. I have work keeping me busy anyway.

I get what you mean. One of my closest friends is someone I met filming, and even though the show ended quite some time ago we always keep contact. He’s like one of those friends where it seems like no time passes when you next talk to them and you can pick up right where you left off. I guess it pays off to spend most of your waking hours with them for a period of time. What a cool way to solidify the friendship, I’m jealous.

I know what you are saying. He sometimes tells the story about how he found out who the new Doctor was. Being good friends, we had each others numbers. And the writer for Doctor Who, also wrote Broadchurch. So when he was speaking to him, he said, do you mind of the new Doctor calls you? Then I rang David. That is how close we are as friends.

It is. Oh, I am working on the new season of Doctor Who. That is all I can say about it though.

I wasn’t sure if not being together on a day to day basis faded things, I’m glad it hasn’t. Sounds like a life long friendship.

Well, it hasn’t been that long since they left but I am sure it wouldn’t fade anyway. I mean, I am good friends with David Tennant. We worked together on Broadchurch, and that was a while ago. But then again, me and him are part of a certain amount of people who have played The Doctor. So we will always be friends.
