i think we all need to listen to this once a day, it’s good for you

The great story behind this picture. This was taken in South America in 2004 (allegedly outside the Sheraton Hotel in Argentina). You can see John and The Mars Volta waiting for their van. And this little girl was there with her uncle. And she’s tells her uncle: “ya sé que le voy a decir a John. Amo mucho tu música” (I know what to Say to John. I love your music very much). Her uncle didn’t believe her because she was very shy, but she went to him and said: John? He turned around and when he saw her he bent like in the picture, and then she told him “I love your music very much” and John started to reply to her but she didn’t understand him (she couldn’t speak English very well and she only learned those words to speak to him). So the uncle explained to him the situation and John took her by the arm and said with words and gestures: “you (and he pointed at her) made me (he pointed at him) happy (and he drew a smile on his lips)”

This made me die a little bit. Why is he so wonderful?
