A mentally ill man, Mohammed el Hibali, 22, was murdered by the Israeli Occupation Forces Tuesday morning in Tulkarum. Hibali was sweeping in front of a bakery when a soldier gunned him down for no reason. He was shot in the head and pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Residents said that he had the mind of an 8 year old and people would give him work to keep him off the streets. There was a protest today against the increasing illegal settler violence in Al-Mughayyir. The village has been attacked by settlers 4 times this week. They’ve destroyed olive trees, slashed car tires, and spray painted “price tags and revenge” on buildings.
