I eternally love my Gospel Girls. In the early days, I often thought "Joy Comes in the Morning" would be a great name for a radio show for Princess Rebecca and myself. I even blogged about it. Now she's moved on and married a great guy. I'm always happy when my former Princess ladies find their husband. But she raises a great question I think is applicable to anyone reading this today: Who else is waiting for me? Are you, sweetie? Will you have nice things to say about me as well? Let's spend some time together, and I'm confident you will. Keep waiting, angel. Peace be still.
Hey Princess Megan! That's a big stage that I'd love to see you on. How about an even bigger stage we could share? Here's what you need to keep in mind: Doubt will constantly plague you if you pay attention to the wrong voices. Look, without wavering, to the One who can make your dream come true. You've stood faithfully for longer than you should have needed to, frankly. You'll rise again here on the blog, and elsewhere, if you keep fighting the good fight. I'm proud of you.
.
Don't look at being my girl as a difficulty or burden. It's a blessing, as Princess Laufey from Iceland will surely discover in the coming days. I don't know if the countdown to victory actually begins in Tokyo, but I'd never rule that out, and it's a fantastic suggestion. Sweetie, you have now entered a select, revered group of women on this planet. You represent the Princess. I deeply appreciate you, and your fellow Icelanders, for your incredible gifts and talents and contribution to the effort. Thank you.
As we enter the early planning stages of my next international visit, I need your help deciding where John Tyler goes next. Electronic and industrial music in Europe seems to have been a consistent contributor to our efforts here. Here's Maya Saban from Germany, who misses me greatly, although amazingly she's never met me yet. She believes in dreams. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Fantastic music, some of it mostly unheard of until now by American audiences. And there's much more to come.
Are you ready for what comes next? Australia's highest-selling female artist of all time on national television down under, my friends and neighbors. Australia is one of the countries that I already ventured through in the past, and my exploits have apparently become legendary. Don't believe me? They're ready for a victory party with dancers and confetti! How are we doing on that endeavor here in the United States, my friends? You've likely already seen a posting from my previous visit to Australia. Let's plan on an even more exciting post in the future...if that's even possible. Thank you.
What's John listening to tonight? The incredible new industrial dance track from Nine Inch Nails. Wes was even nice enough to spin this for us last night at Numbers. This is absolutely my favorite new NIN music in many years.
If you were surprised by my recent posts from English artists (like Ellie Goulding and Dua Lipa) on the blog, I encourage you to stay tuned. Wait until you see what I post from another continent I've visited! If you're new here, I think you'll be continuously surprised at the attention this has garnered globally.
As we begin considering my next international endeavor, I look back at my visit to London. Where does John visit next? Is it Paris, Hamburg, Athens, Cape Town, or even back to Australia or Rome? Can a simple four- or five-day visit from any one tourist leave an indelible impression? You watch and decide. As for London, my hopes are the people I encountered remember me fondly. I believe I made a good impression, but what does Princess Adele think? Here's a lovely video filmed at The Church Studios.
My visit to London was so successful (in my humble opinion), do you think it's possible they could be anxiously awaiting another airplane landing there in the future?
Y'all watch the video and decide. Thank you, again, #Princess Ellie. I'll always fondly remember our evening together here at the Bayou Music Center in Houston.
Asia was obviously unbelievably incredible, but are you ready for Europe?
U.K. artist Dua Lipa was another who captured my attention for great Princess content after my London visit. A beautiful and talented artist whose music once brought Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails to tears (incredible), she offered so much love, and displayed so much boldness, we applaud her willingness to declare before huge audiences that she in fact might be the one.
Weep no longer, Trent, as we have placed Dua at the forefront of women strong enough to carry the Princess mantle for Europe. Please stay tuned and know my exciting visit to London was not in vain.
We're going to wrap up our look torward Asia (for now) with my special lovers from the South Korean girl group Twice. I have to say that these young ladies of the Far East have displayed such an exceptional ability to show the world that this love has grown to the furthest regions of the planet. Are you ready to focus our attention to Europe, Australia, or wherever I my visit next?
Yes, America, this is really happening around the globe. Thank you, ladies, for your talent and for your boldness. You forever have my love, respect and affection. Keep up the great work.
We may end up spending a little more time in Asia on the blog than I initially thought. Asians clearly understand the Princess concept, and their art is fantastic in that regard! Blackpink, the biggest and best-selling girl group of all time, hails from South Korea and its lead vocalist Rosé has come up with some incredibly compelling Princess love here.
Sweetie, you're all those things you sing about and more. We will love each other in this manner forever (or at least until we actually stand face to face). I hope to see you soon, gorgeous.
Are you ready for more love from the other side of the Pacific? Keep an eye right here, warriors of love.
Wondering what you're about to see? How about some incredibly insane heavy metal Princess music from Japan flown over the great ocean and broadcast on national television here in the United States?
We'll spend some more time celebrating the Princess music of Asia before moving on to Europe and Australia (my other previous locations of visitation), but let's continue today with Japan's Babymetal, recorded live in New York on CBS's Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
Are you ready for the international impact of all we've been posting here? What the Gospel Girls and the Disney chicks started here in the United States helped catapult our love efforts to the other side of the globe.
Asia, a continent I actually lived on briefly in the 1990s, has become an incredible contributor to the Princess search. Stay tuned, as we showcase some of my favorites from artists who call the other side of the globe home. Here are South Korean lovers known as Girls' Generation with "Oh!"
Here we go again, more Disney Princess love. Remember when we mobilized the Disney chicks and the Raider Nation in one simple tweet? You can thank the lovely and talented Princess Zendaya for that. In a growing world of Princess love, she claimed she was different than the others. I'll take her at her word.
She probably wanted a trip to Oakland, spent for a few hours in the Black Hole, followed by some face-to-face get-to-know-you chit chat. Maybe a nice dinner afterwards. I've always loved that Columbia blue, Houston Oilers lipstick she wears at times in this video. Wouldn't mind having some of that on my face, frankly.
Al Davis was so smart to have a young woman like this in his arsenal. After all, that's what you say to the Princess when you're intelligent: "Just win, baby."
We've all seen those unusual videos from Disney #Princess Britney Spears circulating on social media in the last week or so. Some have wondered, Is that girl okay? Does she need to see a physician? The truth is, the Princess is more than okay. That's her way to declare to the world that she wants to be crazy again. She wants to feel that incredible, unbridled love.
And, guess what: I'm still feeling crazy about the Princess as well! I love you, sweetheart.
See, I'm as confused as you are. The gospel girls were ready. The Disney girls, including Princess Selena, were ready. So what in the world could we have possibly been waiting on? When we finally find out, it's going to make a great chapter or two in the book, right? I'm so proud of Princess Selena and with her new love interest, Benny. I hope he's not offended with us looking back on a very exciting time here.
Let's spend some more time here with our Disney girls in the near future. Keep your eyes posted right here for more updates.
