Volunteers needed

Hi! We need help to make this years jointed hearts happen. You can comment below or send us en email.

The following positions need to be filled:

Exhibition manager - (Before the convention) Plan the exhibition hall layout. - (Before the convention) Estimate how many volunteers you’ll need. - (During the convention) Make sure the exhibition runs smoothly Competitions manager - (Before the convention) Plan competitions - (During the convention) Make sure the competitions run smoothly

Sales manager - (Before the convention) Receive and answer sellers e-mail - (Before the convention) Co-ordinate the sellers. (Aka, how many tables each seller needs, and attempt to provide them). - (During the convention) Make sure the sellers find their tables. Also, provide them with information about opening hours and rules. - (During the convention) Be the person for sellers to contact/notify if needed

Donations co-ordinator - (Before the convention) Contact possible donors and manage donations - (During the convention) Make sure our donations are nicely displayed and documented

Activities co-ordinator /manager - (Before the convention) Plan activities - (Before the convention) Contact and co-ordinate people wanting to arrange activites. - (During the convention) Make sure the organizers show up and provide them with information about their events. - (During the convention) Be the person for organizers to contact/notify if needed

We’re hereby announcing the competitions held during Jointed Hearts 2016! ^o^

We’re very excited to tell you about the competitions we’ve planned for this year, and we hope you will rise to the occasion! The overall theme of the convention this year is: Circus. This is also reflected in all the competitions, except for the doll cosplay and drawing contests.

Please note that the theme is up for interpretation, and we hope you’ll be as creative and innovative as possible. Clowns, circus princesses and animal tamers are all good, but what if your knight in shining armour, or elven librarian wishes to visit the circus? Be creative! ^_~

The categories are: Exhibit, Doll Cosplay, Photography, and Drawing!

Rules will be up shortly, we hope you’re looking forward to Jointed Hearts 2016 as much as we are!
