New Star Trek series. Hell. Yeah. 

It’s going to be so cool to get new weekly episodes again. It’s kinda concerning it’s only sixteen episodes so far, though. Star Trek always sucks the first couple seasons, and they better not yank it like they did to Enterprise. 

Yeoh is a great choice, way badass. Rapp could be good - astromycologist is awesome. I don’t have much to say about Jones, though. A new alien? Why not expand one of the ones we already have?

Lesson learned from Andrew: when telling people that someone is back from the dead, particularly if there’s some bad mojo between said people the not-dead one, it’s best not to procrastinate until two hours before the major holiday dinner that you’re hosting.

I absolutely LOVE the teaser, and how it’s so heavily inspired from the gorgeous Into Darkness credits sequence with the planets etc. ♥

I have mixed feelings about the split logo, but the texture looks epic. :)

Anyway, she doesn’t know I’m back yet. @andrew-wells thought it would be better that way, at least for a bit? IDK, he wasn’t totally clear on all of it.
