Family BBQ

Yesterday we had a BBQ for Rosie to celebrate her being born, it was a great day with some magic food by cousin mattina and some fun games guessing baby food(disgusting lol) and a baby bottle race! That stuff is hard and my jaw is still aching lol. Today we have literally done nothing at all except be lazy in our pyjamas it's been awesome! Watching match play darts at the minute and really miss throwing my arrows so I'm gonna set up my board later and get some practice in.

10 days!

10 days! 10 days! 10 days! Me and ami have made it to ten days, our love for Rosie is still enormous despite our lack of sleep, we have been busy the whole time with visitors every day, but the last couple of days we have been out about town. Shopping centres galore, it seems that that’s the only thing we do lol. Although we did pick my brother up to stay with us for the weekend so he can get to know little Rosie. All in all definitely not getting bored! And definitely don’t want to go back to work! Two weeeeekkkkssssss, Two weeeeeeeekkkkssssss

First blog!

Starting this blog to throw out my thoughts and feelings on being a first time dad! And also all the random crap I like from the interwebs :) We're 8 days in and it has been the craziest, happiest, tiring and most emotional days of my life. I always knew being a dad would be the greatest achievement of my life, but I never thought I could love something so much. I can't wait to spend everyday playing, talking and generally just enjoying my life from now on. I also want to thank my amazing wench for being the best mom, she went through an awful labour and I'm so proud of her and this beautiful little girl we have managed to pull out of our arses! :) Big Jon
