An annual tradition. These are my top 9 most liked illustration posts of 2022 as chosen by viewers on instagram. This is always an interesting exercise as the platform provides rapid feedback from folks that can be hard to come by elsewhere. Not only that, it's also response which isn't limited only to other artists, but also the general public, making this input more widely inclusive. This feedback has led to insights about my own work, as well as influencing an evolution over the year. This year's takeaway: add googly eyeballs to anything for more engagement. The old adage, "faces sell," is true.
