For several months I’ve had the privilege of working with Ms. @kaylaboye, who ever impresses me, to hand craft this full-bellied seminal piece, while balancing other projects, shifting dates, venues, team, etc. But we’re now at that time when we must unlock the doors & share it with our community. First Look! The last few months I’ve been working diligently on designing & directing an upcoming production of Samuel Beckett’s “Happy Days” — Opening March 17th at Chicago’s City Lit Theater. The set, the mound that’s slowly consuming the protagonist, was made exclusively of recycled materials. Her world consists of collapsed materials, musique concrete, isolation & electricity.
