Santa Puns Really Sleigh Me || Jordan & Luke
Luke couldn’t stop smiling. It was unbearable, she was so beautiful and amazing and everything Luke could ever really ask for. He started to trace images on her lower back through the cloth of her shirt. “You don’t have to stop,” he said with a little laugh. “Trust me, I really don’t mind.” He moved her hair from her neck and kissed her neck gently and carefully once.
“I can’t help but say the same about you, Jordan. I’ve thought you were beautiful since I met you but I starting developing feelings for you recently.” He instantly wanted to take back his words, embarrassed about admitting to liking her. Maybe she thought he was cute but didn’t feel much more besides that. He swallowed his fear and attempted at fixing the mess he was in. “I-uh, I uhm, I think it would be appropriate to let you know that-uh, uhm, you’re so perfect. Really you are, I mean, honestly, what’s not to like about you?” Deciding that this wasn’t going in the direction he wanted, he stopped himself before he made an even bigger mistake.
He took her hand and looked down at their interlocked fingers. At a loss of words, he gaped his mouth and choked on what to say. “I, uh, don’t know what to say to you, Jordan.” He looked up and into her eyes deeply, feeling lost again. “I really like you, I really really like you. I look at you and I think to myself, here’s something I wish I could appreciate and cherish, properly I should add, before someone else does.” He squinted his eyes and jutted his jaw slightly. “Does that make sense? I don’t know. I guess all I’m trying to say is, I uh, I’m just being honest. I think I look at you and I feel happy and I feel amazing. I kiss you and I feel like I’m about to go into cardiac arrest. This is going to sound weird but, as long as there is a moon, I will think of you. There’s something truly breathtaking about the way you say my name. I, uhm, I feel more comfortable around you more than anyone else and it, uhm, it honestly scares me but I’m going to embrace it anyways.”
Luke hung his head down again and licked his lips. At that point, he didn’t know what else to do or say. He had thousands of millions of things in his head but didn’t know how to approach any of them. And instead, he just sat there, looking at their still attached hands, wondering why she hadn’t let go. This was it. This would either ruin or completely enhance his relationship with Jordan.
Once Luke was kissing her neck she couldn't help but shift completely into his lap, eliminating the space between them. She grinned, "Just so you know, I'm not good with keeping my distance." She whispered, propping an elbow onto his shoulder as she pushed her fingers back into his hair. Don't think with your cock Jo, don't even think about thinking with your cock. Watching him speak, call her beautiful, and admit to the feelings made her want to hide her face again. She almost had forgotten what this felt like, to be really really in like with someone-not in complete lust.
"I'm really not perfect." She laughed. "I'm annoying, don't shut up, and clingy and a year ago I slept with anything, really." She shook her head, letting another laugh pass. But her breath caught in her throat as he kept talking, she felt like she could hardly breath anymore. They didn't know too much about each other yet here he was telling her these things and it made her happier than she's ever been lately. "If one of us is perfect it has to be you." But she couldn't get any further because her thoughts wandered off when his hand took hold of hers. She couldn't remember the last time she held handles with anyone(besides that crazy chick who lived across the hall from her, but Jordan doesn't like to talk about that, that reminded her to not get drunk and go home after midnight again-but whatever-now Jordans unfocused.) She blinked a few times before she remembered what was happening.
"Before someone else does?" She murmured, leaning her face impossibly closer. "I don't think I'd let anyone else do those things..You better embrace it, I may have already done so." She flashed another grin, but his head sunk and confusion showed on the girls face. "Well. Luke." She drug it out, making sure she was still breathing in and out. "I'm the type of girl who throws herself out there. I'm the type of girl who likes to be in like with multiple people at the same time. So I could use the challenge. I like you, Luke. I really like you. It's weird for me." She smiled again, placing her hands on either side of his face and kissing him lightly. "And hey if my family visits me ever again, they might actually like you. You're a guy." She chuckled, "That's what you should be scared of."
