Hello I just wanted to tell you that it's 100% realistic for Toadster to get a gun. If asylums used to keep guns in case of a violent patient, then in a place full of dangerous creatures could realistically have a gun tucked away somewhere in the lab. Not just a tranquilizer, a real fire a bullet gun.

In terms of canon, there literally is a canon that shoots fireworks. So there are already that kind of weaponry stored within the kindergarten.

Would Toadster know gun safety or even how to load/unload it? Or better yet, which would be funnier? Toadster knowing perfect safety and practicing it? Him knowing safety but choosing not to practice it? Him not knowing safety and just waving the gun around like in the movies? Or him not knowing safety but somehow practicing it perfectly?
