So fucking boring, he hates it when Miko takes days off and he has to deal with shit like this. He does his best not to sneer in distaste. Asking if he heard of the jorogumo was the wrong question to throw. He didn’t care about Japanese folklore and he wasn’t impressed with this stereotypical ‘femme fatale’ showing up on his doorstep. Too common. Too vulgar. It was like watching a reel play itself– stuck on the same handful of shots.
That and her dismissal of Miyazaki was not something he appreciated.
“You’re making me want to vomit” is all he says, before raising his hand to gesture for her to turn around and walk out, back where she came from. “If I haven’t already made it clear– I don’t want a face like yours”
She’s quite revolted with herself, letting someone talk to her in such a way hasn’t happened since Choki’s death ( we all know how that went, he said something slick while she was on top, so the only solution to that was to simply rip his fucking head off ). If her impulse control hadn’t gotten better, her first instinct would’ve been to fight, but that wouldn’t get either of them anywhere ( maybe a grave ). ❝ A face like mine drags in meal after meal! My body attracts all kinds of men, even women to their final fucking moments on the daily! ❞ She hollers, the flesh of her back pulsing through clothing.
Her anger management classes have just been thrown out the window. Self-control in this moment was non-existent.

There’s the sudden urge to land a hit on him, but that’s not something she knows she can’t do, after all, there’s still the lingering desire to impress the man before her.

With the absence of emotional control, the very same abilities she promised as an asset were now coming together. RC cells bind and allow extra body parts to come flowing out of her back.
