I love people who think they are making a point, when they aren't actually saying anything.
Example: Someone who has a series of pictures. Picture 1 is a woman saying "I'd really like a road to my shop. It would really help business" Picture 2 is a picture of construction guys being like "we can do that. we'll build you a road." Picture 3 is the matrix agents being like "you do not have permission to engage in this voluntary exchange."
Now, I assume the point that the person is trying to make is government is stopping two private entities from engaging in a contract that is mutually beneficial. Except this is a pretty bad example if that's your point.
First, Presumably this said road the shop owner wants built is going through other people's property, so you'll need their permission first. And then you have things like, you know, making sure you don't pave over a stream that provides drinking water to a neighborhood a few miles away while you're at it. And a whole sort of other things that are beyond just two people making a contract, which is why the government is generally in charge of making roads.
But the worst part of this is this: if she DID own all the land she wants the road to be built on, the two can actually make the stinking contract to build the road (have you never heard of a private road? perhaps provided some environmental regulations and the like, but generally they would have that right).
