“Hope”
It has been consistent that through the years, despite many shortcomings in their supposed mandate, the dear agency still has the gall to assert itself and its authority on anything. It took them a month to just produce the picture on what’s on the ground, when a suggestion was made to streamline the process in obtaining the said picture even just after the event. They have three different bulletins from three different departments asserting what happened back in Christmas day 2016. They have failed to acknowledge the sensors installed by another institute which is under the same department as theirs.
I may have my reservations in plugging those in the seeming policing that some of its employees are doing. But hey, it’s true. Claiming to have been “doing your best” is set on loose grounds, when there’s tons of improvement that can be implemented upon from those people who are already through with your rhetoric and cutting-off suggestions mid-statement.
Every agency has their set of shortcomings. But to make “doing their best” excuse to every shortcoming despite suggestions is something else and totally lame.
Sporadic emissions, like cough and sneeze, pose the greater threat when coming from the front. To mitigate that risk, face shields are placed in front of the face to serve as the shields from a ballistics perspective. However, face shields only offer protection from from sporadic emissions from the front. For other angles of attack, the face shields increase the risk of transmission.
