The stock of Cliffs Natural Resources has fallen so low that the company is selling at very low multiples. That will attract more investors soon in addition to a decent dividend, and the price will have to move up in the future.

Watch the performance of these stocks this week.
S&P 500 climbed .4 percent today, breaking its record high close from October 2007.
"I will tell you how to become rich. Close the doors. Be fearful when others are greedy. Be greedy when others are fearful."
Warren Buffett
Stocks rallied today, with the Dow climbing more than 100 points to another record close while S&P 500 came only 1.38 points below its lifetime closing high. Economic data that drove the market was home prices and durable goods orders. US single family home prices rose in January at the fastest pace in more than six years, while durable goods shot up in February.
Short selling
Short selling (shorting) a stock means selling a stock that you don’t own. That might sound confusing but is very simple. You are basically betting that the price of a stock is going to drop. The concept is borrowing a stock that has high price, selling it, and when it drops you buy it and redeem what you owned. You would make money on the difference. However, there are many risks to shorting a stock because the price may rise and in theory you can lose a lot more.
I've never shorted a stock but I feel like it is the right time to short Blackberry. The stock has been going up on some expectations for Z10 but that phone finds tough competition and I don't think that company will be able to meet the expected sales.
Stock price of Petroleo Brasileiro has been dropping and its at very low levels. That is an opportunity for investing since it is a good company and will turn it around soon.
Given the current and quick ratio of the company's stock as well as steady cash flow generated every quarter, it is reasonable to expect that the company increases the dividend to at least 2% to entice investors. My target price is $25 a share in the next 9-12 months.

Coca Cola CEO talked about the plan for the company to double its revenue by 2020. That should have a good longer-term impact on the company's share price.
I think that Fidelity Southern Corporation is undervalued. If economy keeps improving even at slow pace this company will continue to do well.
I am bullish on Yahoo! Inc. mostly because of current low multiples as well as confidence in the management of the company lead by Marissa Mayer. The company will grow in the future which will reflect the stock price.
I never attempt to make money on the stock market. I buy on the assumption that they could close the market the next day and not reopen it for five years.

Driver of the Market
The most important economic report this week for investors is going to be this Friday’s Employment report. While there is still uncertainty due to sequestration, the anticipation of this report on Wall Street is huge, and gives a lot of information about the strength of the economy to investors.
You can check the Employment Report when it comes out this Friday at 8:30 AM ET:

Sequestration
Sequester cuts that started on March 1 are about to slash $85 billion from the budget this fiscal year, and $1.1 trillion over next ten. It was designed to compel Congress to cut deficit and work toward stabilizing the national debt. However, it will take a toll on the economy while failing to address the long-term drivers of the debt. If the congressional Democrats and Republicans do not find a resolution 750,000 jobs could be lost, and the GDP growth could decrease for 0.6 percent which would have a big impact on the still fragile economy.
Amazing book about investing. Everybody who is interested in this topic should read it.
