Ragazze e ragazzi, vi ricordo che oggi 15 marzo 2014 ricorre il terzo anniversario dall'inizio della guerra civile in Siria. E noi non vogliamo che vi sia un quarto anno di inferno, non vogliamo che tutto questo vada avanti. Oggi palloncini rossi e hashtag #WithSyria, saranno un grido globale, che cercherà di far tornare la ragione a chi a quanto pare l'ha perduta da 36 mesi. Siamo in tanti, copriamo il mondo, agitiamo le coscienze, sfondiamo il muro di silenzio.. Noi siamo con la Siria, noi siamo con la pace, e con tutte quelle vite spezzate dalla follia dei potenti.  Gridiamo tutti assieme WE ARE ALL #WithSyria

Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry VIII | the Tudors (x)

Playing Henry VIII, it’s always in the back of my head. I have to think like a king. I have to behave like a king. I have to maintain this element of grace and elegance. I think it’s the right series, the right character, for the right time. Henry probably makes every politician in the world so jealous, they would all love to have that containment of power. But it’s very attractive to watch.

Playing Henry VIII, I don’t go home in the evening and become Johnny Rhys Meyers quickly. It probably makes me quite difficult to live with. The only time that I get to not be king is, I play football on a Sunday morning, and for that one hour I forget about the kingdom. Every single day, every other hour, it’s always in my mind, it’s always in my head.
