Democratic leaders – instead of making memes – should start training citizen militias to combat the very real war that’s been declared on them. But they won’t. Why? Because in 2016, we discovered they were corrupt too 🤷🏻♂️
I’d say “this isn’t one of my screenplays”, but half my lifetime ago I wrote a story about this country becoming a police state. It was spurred on by Bush Jr, the Iraq War and the founding of DHS. I shelved it because I thought it ridiculous. Turns out it came true.
The entire system has proven its own ineffectiveness and invalidity. We’re on the brink of social upheaval and breakdown; complete tumult. It’s up to us, the people who give a shit, to prove that we have more to offer one another than collective apathy and the ability to bend over and take it with no ease-of-entry, much less consent.
Stop being so blind and weak!! We’re struggling against the very momentum of a system HERE AND NOW, with all its intricate and pervasive cogs and levers, that’s predicated itself for centuries on discrimination, deprivation, war and violence. This country has been the bane of existence for innumerable other nations, just because they were sitting on shit the powerful wanted and deemed was theirs. That’s what a “republic” gets you… and a “democracy“ is something we’ve never truly had. It’s a lie.
Now, the world’s largest and most effective terrorist cell - not just the US government, but global commerce and the people who control it all – are focusing all of their malcontent on us, the very people whom we’ve kept in power so they could use us as slave labor?! Are we really gonna let them rob what little we’ve been allowed to have?! Are we going to leave each other standing alone, before this fury of ultimate decrepitude and moral bankruptcy?!
Think on these things, folks. “We have nothing”, and these voracious wolves think “we are nothing”… At the very least, we should be proving that it’s all a lie meant to distract and deceive. We have each other, and together is the only way we survive. But we have to act, and we have to fight back.
It’s all about what we choose to put aside, for the sake of what we can reclaim. We damn-sure shouldn’t leave anyone behind… So, there are questions to be asked of ourselves, because there’s a peace to be found on the other side of war. Of course, they’ll say “only the dead know the end of war“… I think it’s about time to find out. Otherwise, everything and everywhere IS war. Which means everybody’s dead. People, plants, animals… Starting to see pictures, now? It’s bigger than any one of us; we can’t idly dismiss it, dread it, fret about it, run from it or anything else we do to unconsciously uphold a shameful omerta.
If this sounds familiar - if anyone’s been feeling a peculiar sense of déjà vu - that’s because alotta stories are about all this. What good are these stories if we don’t heed their examples? What good is “good”, if it permits evil to become stronger?…
We need to stop this hemorrhaging and jettisoning. Stop thinking it’s a big show. How much longer until the Proud Boys-in-disguise start going after the power grids…? Or water supplies? Just thinking out loud, here!
