Guys there’s a reason I stopped watching this show

Of course I love Jughead and Betty’s characters but these storylines are so disrespectful I’ve known that since they tried to play it off like they were BURNING BABIES with the farm.

in season 1 episode 1 of riverdale we find out that jason died at 17, which means cheryl is 17, so therefore a senior, and all the other mains are sophomores, yet now in season 4 they are all graduating at the same time and no one has skipped or repeated a year (especially cheryl who is said multiple times to have a 4.0 gpa and a perfect academic record). riverdale writers EXPLAIN!!!
