catching up (finally) on the last season of Riverdale 👀 idk what the plot of this season is (I'm at the beginning of the season - about the seventh episode - so for now it seems like the story of the comics, I think 🤨)
to be honest I'm continuing and finishing it only for Jughead and the Choni (in fact I skip all the scenes - or almost - of Betty, Archie and Veronica)
I want Jugh investigating a mystery back (at least Jugh the writer is still there) and the plot that focuses on that bc for now it's a kind of sitcom set in the 50s 💀
but I'm continuing for the Choni (my favorite ship) and for Jugh (who even if in this season seems "dumber" and different from the Jugh of the previous seasons at least his subplot is not boring)
Ohhhh you GET IT. Jughead & Choni are the main reason I enjoyed the last season too! The rest of it is fine, I suppose. Fun, sometimes. My biggest issue is that it just kinda resets the whole series & doesn’t tie back to the previous show enough. Most of the stuff that happens, I simply could not care about. 😅
Jughead deserved better. Tabitha too. 😭😭😭
