A collection of photos of my favorite street in Bangkok, Soi Rambuttri. I can feel the ages of the Thai kingdom seep in through the walls and up through the streets in this part of town. No it's not the sensual assault from the drains, food stalls, backpackers and replica merchandise - it's the kings, thieves, farmers, warriors, traders, hookers, and observers like me since the days of Siam - you can feel traces of them in the air mingling as you drink your cocktails and let the street entertain you. A stone's throw from Kao San but a world apart.
