Decided to start a keto diet

Listening to all the research and all the success. I’m also adding an enzyme to my meals as I don’t have a gallbladder.

Not doing this to be super skinny. I am looking for health benefits as well as feeling better. I think weight has a lot to do with my state of mind, and I have a lot of back problems due to the excess weight. I’m ready!
