Sorry this is a little off topic but today I learned that the sun, the planets, and all their respective moons make sounds and we normally can't hear them because of how space works, but NASA recorded those sounds for us. And all the sounds are cryptic as FUCK.

ok i learn all this shit about art and am like “hmm the science the ethics the technique of it all” but today i saw an 8 year old’s drawing and was like genuinely moved like i stared at it for so long and was like “this shit is the pinnacle of artistic talent. this is where i want to be as an artist” like 8 years old have no inhibitions no fears no insecurities in their art i WANT that what is more PURE than ART created with NO ULTERIOR MOTIVES just EXPRESSION and THE INNOCENT DESIRE TO CREATE SOMETHING WITH YOUR OWN TWO HANDS, god FUCK art intellectualism, art is about being FULL OF EMOTIONS and AFRAID of NOTHING

there is nothing more sincere and wholesome than art created without fear of judgement and as we grow up we fucking forget how to not be afraid to create and becoming an artist is learning that fear and then learning how to forget it again and i have not gotten there yet but i will. draw like youre a kid again

Update on my babes! 🌱

Only three beets survived transplanting. They showed no signs of growth for like a week and a half after transplanting but now look at those new leaves!! Plus there's lil tiny mushrooms poppin up everywhere! From what I read the mushrooms are good so I'm just gonna let them do their thing.

The bean plants are getting huge, too! The one in it's own lil pot had grown into the plant light and burnt a leaf so I moved it outside. It then got its stem broken from being very leafy in strong winds so it has a support now. I'm hoping it makes it. The other three are bffs and doing great (even though two of them refuse to stand up straight).

Then my aloe plant exists. It's still struggling. :S

But overall good!! I'm thinking of planting a few more indoor beets directly into a pot so no transplanting. According to the seed packets in a month we'll have a harvest! But I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't for a bit longer.

From what I read green beans HAAAAATE being transplanted (delicate roots and whatnot) but we'll see.

Same with beets. I chose the two veggies that hate being transplanted. 🙃
