âYouâre quiteâŚyoung,â Lydia said and tilts her head slightly before shaking her head and smiled, âNice to meet you Brian, Iâm Lydia... just deciding to take a look at what you have to offer.âÂ
âI am pretty young. Iâm 22 years old. Iâll be 23 in October.â He hoped his age wouldnât prevent him from being taken seriously. âItâs great to meet you, Lydia! So, how many bedrooms are you looking to rent?â
enzorussoâ:
Enzo just offered a small nod as he entered the building and walked over to the table to help himself. Taking a bite out of the muffin, he smiled a little to himself. âFuck this is good!â He exclaimed, salvaging another bite of the muffin before helping himself to another, figuring he might as well. âSo, want to show me around the place?â
âI bought them from a bakery in the city. I canât remember the name of it, but there was an older woman there and she was very nice.â He smiled at the other man, nodding at his question. âOh, yes, of course! Welcome to Cerulean Apartments. Right now weâre in the main lobby. There are six floors of apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms.â

6. From the album you feel is perfect, what three songs would you choose to eliminate if you absolutely had to?
âI donât think any album is completely perfect. There are always going to be songs on an album that are someoneâs favorite, and there are always going to be songs that are someoneâs least favorite. But the artists make them for a purpose, so taking them away would take away from the experience of the album as a whole.â
8. Name an artist/band that isnât touring at the moment who youâd really like to see in concert
âIâd love to see SuperM perform.â
16. Have you ever been in the first row for a concert? If not, what was the closest seat youâve ever had?
âIâve been in the front row a few times. I had to wear earplugs because it was too loud, but I could still hear the music even with the earplugs.â
28. Name a song (or a few songs) that would need to be included in a movie about your life
âOoh, a movie about my life? I donât know who would watch that movie, but... âONâ by BTS, âFlavors of Loveâ by Monsta X, and âEnding Sceneâ by IU, to name a few.â
1-3
1. An album you canât stop listening to lately
âItâs technically an EP, but Iâve been listening to Thrill-ing by The Boyz a lot lately.â
2. An album you wish you could hear again for the first time
âMap of the Soul: 7 by BTS.â
3. A song you really like by an artist you otherwise donât listen to very much (whether thatâs because you usually donât like their music, or just because you havenât listened to the rest yet)
ââAnti-Romanticâ by Tomorrow X Together. I have nothing against them, I just havenât listened to their other songs yet.â

She had some time to waste and the fact her lease was about to end, Lydia knew it was time to find somewhere else to move that was within her budget, so when she stumbled upon apartment tour, she took it and figured it was a shot to look at. âUh yes, sorry, I was running a little lateâŚtraffic.âÂ
âOh, no worries!â He had given a few other tours, so he had been keeping himself occupied. âI find it hard to navigate this city sometimes.â It was especially difficult as a non-driver. âWelcome to Cerulean Apartments. Iâm Brian Jung, the building owner.â
bodhihudsonâ:
[  âIt definitely is. Iâm lucky to be able to travel because of it,â he replied with an awkward smile. âOh, yeah, my little sister lives with me. She works at Trader Joes and also sells clothes,â he replied. He hoped that with the two of their incomes they would be able to swing something.
The fact that he was able to afford traveling felt like a good sign to him. âWhatâs your favorite place that youâve traveled to? Mine would be either Beijing or Rome.â He paused, and then remembered, âOh, and Kyoto! There are a lot of cool temples there. So itâs you and your sister? Do you two live in town already or are you just moving here?â
mavmaxâ:
Mav let out a soft sigh, âAlright, I guess.â He always loved tormenting real estate people with a thousand questions in one breathâŚwell, most of them, at least. âOkay cool, letâs start off with refreshments and yâknow, you can do the grand tour of this fancy looking place. However, first question: how long did it take building this? Cause I swear to godâŚitâs like it just appeared here.âÂ
Bon-Hwa didnât think this guy had any ill intent. Even if he wasnât interested in an apartment, âIâve been managing the project for about six months, but my father was in charge before I came to the States.â He called it a development project out of habit, but what he did was more so along the lines of renovation. âOh, I donât think I got your name.â
bodhihudsonâ:
[ Bodhi let out a sigh, relieved that this could be a doable venture. Especially with more sponsorships happening for him, they could really get a decent apartment. âThanks,â he stated. âUh, I surf. And I lifeguard. But surfing is my main job, actually,â Bo revealed, feeling a little bashful at that fact.
âOh! That sounds interesting!â He tried to convey excitement in his voice, but he honestly knew nothing about surfing. âAnd what does your, um... roommate do? Or partner? Or parents? I donât want to assume your living situation.â If he was looking for two bedrooms, there had to be at least one other person living with him.Â
nicolevondraâ:
âNo worriesâŚI meanâŚit could have been Edward and people would say like from Twilight, names are a funny thingâŚlike my brother is Niklaus but he goes by Nick and I usually go by Nikki soâŚvery original of my parents.â
âTwilight would also be bad, but differently.â He really should have put more thought into this. âOh. Niklaus, Nicole. That type of naming pattern is common where Iâm from... Is it not common for Americans?â
enzorussoâ:
Enzo glanced over the building again. âOh shit, right.â He commented. It was impressive and he doubted that he would have been able to do the same even with a similar degree unless he worked for a big shot company or something. âI mean, can I still have them even if I donât get a flat here?â He asked with a small smirk.
Bon did work for a big-shot company and had a lot of financial resources at his disposal. He had been born into wealth, so he didnât fully recognize his privilege. âPlease take some. I bought too many.â He didnât know how many people would come, but at the moment, he had more muffins than he knew what to do with. Â

"I think this might be my new favorite restaurant. I'm need to give this waitress a nice tip... I think $50 should be good."
bodhihudsonâ:
[ Bodhi took the other manâs hand and gave a firm shake. âLikewise!â he replied with a strong nod. âTwo? But with at least one decent sized room if that makes sense,â Bo explained, gesturing to help give the gist of what he was looking for.
âTwo bedrooms with one bigger than the other? Iâm sure we can find something that will work for you. What do you do for work?â He wanted to get an idea of how much this man would be able to afford in rent.Â
